Thoughts on a fast
So I’m planning on water fasting and drinking one smoothie everyday for 10 days!
Unless that smoothie is at least 1200 calories, no. Do not starve yourself. One or two days you can probably get away with without feeling bad, but you will not be doing your body any favors by undereating for a week and a half.
Yeah I understand. I was just thinking of it as more of a detox and then beginning to only eat healthy foods afterwards. What/How i’ve been eating is just awful and it’s making me depressed. I binge until i’m sickly full and then 30 mins later when i’m a little better i binge again. It’s so unhealthy and sad. I would have never imagined myself this way. Even though i hope to lose some weight, i really want to restart my body.
